I am from New York and for quite some time before I moved in down here, I was panicing about meeting new people and wondering whether or not I would make good friends down here; the ones like my friends from home that is.<br />Now that I have almost two weeks down, I have come to notice that I was panicing for no reason. First off, there is over 24,000 students here at ECU, if you can not find someone to talk to down here you aren't trying. Secondly, (at least so far) everyone seems to have good personalities and even if they dont, everyone seems to have the decency to say hi as you walk past.<br />I in fact have met many new people and the friends that I have made so far, do closely relate to those that I had back home. I am glad that I chose to come to ECU.
